Cool I need referral for Wholesale Lender

I have had this year is a new year and I cannot work with these so called premier lenders who cant close a screen door in time. Please any Good Wholesale Lenders who have experienced seasoned not crabby old bitchy Underwriters who understand technology and efficiency.

I have worked with sone bif lenders and it is the old story got to big to be any good. Countrywide is great I hear however the rep wanted me to commit to X amount of business before they would sign me. I understand. So if any of you Loan Brokers have a little piece of sunshine please let me hear it!

    Default Down with the Underwriters!

I feel your pain. Though I have always found having a good rapport with a good AE/ rep who has been with the company a while and has some pull is what makes the difference.

yeah that is only thing that has kept me together the last year. Wells got a new A/E and she did not even bother to return my callls or pay attentin where my satellite office is and then proceeded to cancel y Broker contract because the Dooshbag thought I was never in the office. A/E's are usually washed up LO's who could'nt make it. Like a finance guy in the auto sales. They take the worthless salesmen and put them in these positions.

Yeah I've met my share of those reps...it's a good thing they get a salary or half of them would have starved to death.

Keep asking for the rep to be replaced until you get one you like.
I don't have a whole lot of reps in CA and in fairness lenders have cycles when they really want to lend for 6 months and then take to many hits and are really conservative for a while.
Have you ever worked with Amnet or Impac?

Saw your site, nice touch with the Video - very cool. And you definitley have it right about being with the client for life...
