$. 65 to 75% LTV, six month to a year Interest only financing....In the State of Georgia. Boomming Market right now, wont last long..

I have some investors that use ReCasa Financial. Just google them. They have all that you are looking for and are can lend in all 50. Generaly the fees run between 3-7k depending on the property. This is very generous for no money down and little to no docs on a 9 month intrest only rehab loan. Remember hard money is like dealing with a loan shark and should only be used to start out. It is not a long term solution for investing in real estate. Good Luck : )
