Default How to finance Real Estate foreign buyers US

    Hello everyone,

Thanks for reading my question. Hope to find a lead here. I'm a Canadian investor and looking to buy investment properties in the US, mainly residential to rent and hold. I read about 90% financing for businesses. Is there a possibility for foreign investors as well? Maybe someone here can give me a lead on someone who specializes in this.
Thanks in advance for your help.

    Simon

Whether one chooses a condo or a co-op, there will be expenses associated with the purchase. On the positive side, specific expenses can be deducted from an owner's taxable income. Real estate taxes, as well as the interest payment resulting from the shared mortgage by co-op owners, may be used as a deduction.Investors can deduct real estate taxes and carrying charges as business expenses in the year of occurrence.
