    We offer 5% down payment and 95% mortgage financing for owner occupied home purchases.

    Easy qualification - min. 600 or higher FICO, verifiable income, self employed OK, no recent bankruptcy or foreclosure. Over 80% of applications are approved.

    A buyer can get a 95% financed home with a 30 year 7.5% interest fixed rate loan, no prepayment penalty.

    Investor purchases (non owner occ.) also, requires 20% down and 80% financing, same terms.
