It is really difficult to have a home in your state. Before buying a home you have to consider few things regading your desired home like location, Size, Price, Home loan avilability. You should consider all this things very carefully because a perfect combination of requirment is required. You have to make sure all the facilities should be utilized provided by them. Make sure there are any loan facilities included in their services.

I agree with you roxxy. Its really nice to have our own home. But buying a house in a rush is not a good idea. Consider many things before settling for one. And make sure the house is in good condition cause we don't want our family to put in danger.

    Default Get a home inspection!

As a realtor, I have seen toooooo many homeowners not wanting to pay that $300 for a home inspection. Get one, it can save you thousands in the long run.
    Good luck!

    Default Another thing...

Almost forgot. You need to be prepared with questions when having a home inspection done. Really, your realtor should NOT be there... I know the brokerage company I worked for did not like us to go with the buyer to the inspection b/c of possible liability. As a realtor, when you show up with a client to a home inspection, you're abstractly positioning yourself as an "expert," which means you can be sued if something is not discovered during the home inspection process. A lot of realtors don't know this, but my broker was great and made us aware of it... so, when you go to a home inspection, arm yourself with questions beforehand.

    Good luck!
