    Default Financing after Chapter 7

    Is there still financing after chapter 7? We filed last year due to a failed business. We were unable to move it to the company thus, ruining our credit. We're looking at SFH in Arizona. Don't know if we would still qualify. Anyone?

    Current guidelines on conventional or FHA loans require 2 full years from the date of discharge in order to qualify.
