Wells Fargo Watch
A friend at the pbs forum just gave me three links relating to Wells Fargo and predatory lending.
My friend did that because of my current situation where Wells Fargo suddenly tacked on an additional $16,000 to my bill to them, before they will let me own my home.
(this is after over a month of trying to get a payoff figure.)
My principle owed is about $87,000.
I owe about $14,000 in interest and fees.
The total, about 6 weeks ago was under $101,000.
And now, suddenly, when I want to pay it off, there's this new $16,000 owing, bringing the grand total to over $116,000.
Here are the links. (I'm not done reading the first link... but boy, does this information ever bowl you over if you want a trustworthy financial institution.)

Perhaps if we all pass this on, we can effect a change.
