Calling all lenders
This present financial crisis sure isn't making your jobs any easier, is it? Money is tighter, regulations are getting stricter [or so i'm told] and the buying public is scared silly.
My name is Richard and I'd like to help you out. I am a private investor, affiliated with other investors across the entire United States. We have the ability to qualify buyers for homes that you can not help yourself.
For example; buyers that are newly self employed, new on the job, have great credit but no down payment, have money for the down payment but shaky credit [I dunno, can you qualify a buyer who can do 10% down with a 550 credit score?] have mediocre credit and only 3-5% for a down payment and are NOT first time home buyers, have had a recent bankruptcy or even foreclosure, to name but a few.

i agree with you rich,many of us are affected by economic crisis,however it's not easy to find for the right company who can trust.
