    Interesting article "post". Why not just hire a Realtor and forego the headache of dealing with an Attorney?

    In most states Realtors can't perform actual closings, either an Attorney or Title company must do it...correct? Where does the Realtor fit in there other than acting as the broker for these 2 companies..?

    It was merely and informative article to help people make decisions on their own

    That's the whole point of having a realtor! You don't have to worry about all the other stuff involved like hiring an attorney and filling out a binder-full or paperwork

    I agree with the last posting, Realtors are very beneficial for this reason (and many others). But there are tons of people who are opposed to being represented by Realtors and that is my target audience...they deserve to be informed too as I'm sure you would agree.
