    Default Lease Options

    What are others finding in regards to contract for deed buyers and lease options? Are you finding they are becoming more and more common in your marketplace? Here in Minnesota we are seeing a large number of these sorts of transactions (with the credit crunch)

    I'm seeing more lease options for sure. Not as much contract for deed, but I don't work with investors that often.
