Could someone please tell me what are the general standard 3rd party management fee rates for HOA's and Single Family homes?

    Thanks.

There is no real standard fee since services rendered vary significantly between each HOA. One norm is that condos tend to have the most services included in the HOA dues and so have the highest fees. It is common to see HOA fees for condos to be around 250 a month. HOA dues for single family homes are usually charged on a annual basis and I have seen them as low as 90 dollars and as high as 600 dollars. The higher fees usually are for subdivisions that have some sort of community center. Hope this helps.

Default HOA fees in resort towns

To expand on what Jamesww said, HOA fees can vary significantly between properties. They are based on what services the development offers. High end developments will offer shuttle service, concierge, possibly airport pick-up, fitness areas, pools, etc. while basic ones do not offer any extra amenities.
Also, the HOA may cover things like water, heat, garbage, cable, etc.
