What is your opinion of forum marketing? Do you think that signatures and links from related on topic forums are just as valuable, less valuable or more valuable than a 2 way link exchange with misc. on topic relevant websites?

It really depends on what your goal is.

#1 You'll LEARN about topics that should hopefully increase your productivity.

#2 You're networking with other agents, I just put a home in contract from a refferal I recieved from a RE forum ,which is pretty great.
