I just want to ask, how can I attract more agent and brokers from Australia and New Zealand to post their listings on my site? And it's for free by the way!

you need a big list with leads and you have to mail them one by one, without spam that list. The message have to come in their inbox, not in their bulk mail .

Contact them through forums like this, blogs, other networks where you will find your marketing target.
San Diego Real Estate | San Diego Real Estate News | Foreclosures For Sale in San Diego | California Home Loan | San Diego Locksmith | Bienes Raices en San Diego
Not a true SEO guy! Just a Realtor that manages his own real estate website for himself!!! Yeah Right!!!

I also think engaging in forums and having your site as a signature would be helpful. The email thing is also good but it is time-consuming.
