    Forums will help you get what you wanted.. You can attend to forums that specific/particular region.. You can submit your site to directories.. There are UK site and New zeland directories you can search on google..

    Default Believe it or not...

    If you do some marketing of your own, it will draw others to your site much faster. Just remember to keep quality links in your directory. Quality is much better than quantity if it is placement you are looking for.

    You have to promote your site so that agents and brokers know that your site exists. In order to do that, here are some of the techniques that helps:

    forum posting - continue doing it.
    article submission -
    blog commenting - commenting on real estate blogs
    social bookmarking and networking
    e-mail marketing

    Yes, I agree.. aside from time-consuming on emailing each person.. There are people don't want unsolicited emails that will be directly dump your emails to trash..
