I am holding paper on several liens. I DO NOT WANT TO SELL MY LIENS. I am looking for a company or bank to manage the liens for me, collect the payments, record them and provide me & the buyer with an annual statement. I am in San Antonio TX would prefer dealing with someone in South Texas or near the Texas Coast (I also have properties in Rockport). Does anyone have any recommendations?
