    Setting yourself apart in a development when you are not the On Site agency for the area and you can't put signs up on the property...

    Thanks gjtrafl,

    It is always a problem getting calls on places when we arent the primary agent/company for a property wether it is new development or not.

    I think what I really meant to ask is what are the three biggest hurdels in getting your prospects interested in land and new developments?

    We all list properties for people, and they would be a prime prospect to get into a new development, even if they are relocating to a new city (maybe more so here), then we have clients looking for houses, that could very easily be sold on "their own home" instead of buying someone elses "Old Home"

    Hope that clairifies my question.
