What do you think of moving to Bulgaria?
Bulgaria is the homeland of ancient civilizations, and remnants of their cultures, and ruins of their cities, palaces and monasteries are found throughout the country.
Tourism is a real growth industry here, and Europeans frequent the beautiful city of Varna, the numerous historic sites, as well as the resorts and spas on the Black Sea coast.

I have visited your website and saw what exactly do you have in Bulgaria. The field we can cooperate is covering of all needs, all levels and all potencial costomers. I hope you know that not everyone needs 5 stars, and the best marketing is the one that covers all fields.

I wasn't looking to start a war with you - I just figured if you can advertise your service - why shouldn't I? Plus at least I got to put my website address in my post =] LOL
I recieved your email, thank you. To be honest I haven't had time to review your site yet, but I will.
You are right of course that you should be able to service all the clients needs, especially when purchasing abroad - from Foriegn Exchange service, to the right legal personnel to help protect the client and set up any companies needed etc...
And of course not everyone needs 5 star resorts. These are mainly geared toward those looking for a good return, with little of their time spent to take care of the property or tenants and who may want to visit Bulgaria now and again.
There is much more to Bulgarian property to this. And obviously this wouldn't be the choice for someone who wants to live there full time or invest in land to build for the future.
I thought you would appreciate my 1st post as if you only deal with Bulgarian property obviously you are going to sing it's praises even if the market is terrible (like and good agent would), but as we offer property in over 18 countries and growing I don't need to push one country.
So when I tell people there are still good opportunities in Bulgaria I expect that to mean something to them.

Anyway we are really getting off subject. I think we would both just like to see more investors in the US opening their eyes to the great opportunities available in other booming markets around the world.
