    Smile Post Bubble

I think the bubble has already burst. In my area of south eastern CT we've had prices more than double in a 5 to 7 year period. Now I've seen some residential inventory that I thought was over priced sitting on the market for a year, and asking prices down 20% or so. It would appear that in my gas pocket we're suffering. I predict we won't see a return to broad price increases until Spring 2011.
