Default buy a home, get a gun

i think this is the same story

    http://www.therealestatebloggers.com...ome-get-a-gun/

but basically the deal was that police who bought homes would get free guns.

it may make sense, though I really don't think the world needs more guns.

Default When all else fails, here is a winner

When you are about to lose a listing or the Seller says that dirty four letter word "RENT" it is then time to do a Lease With Option.
Remember this is only if you can not sell the house in your listing time frame.
Going from NO commission to TWO commissions seems like a good deal on a listing you thought lost.
    Thank you and good luck!
