Terri, you've got enough super rich content to write a novel. Ever consider that? I bet it'll be good.

Matt, thanks for adding my wife's site in your fav. We appreciate it very much.

    Hi Max:
I have considered writing a book for a long time. Writing content for articles has given me even more motivation. I could not write fiction though. My style is more reporting. In college and in grad school, I always got A's on my research papers. My Sociology professor told me that she liked one of my papers so much she read it to her dinner guests.

Max, I just read your wife's tips for personal power and tips for the home and am going to put them into practice. Feng shui is fascinating. One of my BIG problems is clutter - piles of unnecessary paper and really should be addressed.

Unclutter the mind first... then all you see will be clear and peaceful.

Max, you're welcome. I feel I'll gleen enough positive advice from her site in the future so why not "pay it forward" so to speak and help her before she has even helped me.

Amber, I really never thought about the positive side of counseling. I alsways saw the bad side of CPS because it's what my wife dealt with. I also have a friend who is luitenant(sp?) for the Phoenix Police and he too thinks bad of people in general. It's really a shame.

Amber, remember to put your attention on your intention. You'll come out a winner every time and you can achieve anything in this world.

Matt, you're absolutely right about removing inner clutter. It keeps your mind calm and we'll end up making better decision. Unfortunately, I still can't do it. LOL.

Damn that looks good on screen. I think I'm going to print it out and hang it on my wall to help me keep my chin up on tough days. It sounds even better than it looks. Say it a few times to yourself. Say "Self, I am absolutly right". Really, try it, you'll like it, especially if you're like me and don't hear that often.

Hmm Matt I have to agree with your Lieutenant friend. Of course, doing animal rescue you get more than your share of ***holes in general. That's why I love my pets. They are always happy to see you, never lie, cheat or steal (okay the occasional theft of lunch meat and such is permitted). I do think that people treat you the way you let them. </ rant>

when not doing real estate stuff (rare times indeed) I like to hang out with my 8 yr old or ride my motorcycle.
