Off Market
A cousin of mine died last September and his house went up for sale. After it was on the market for 100 days all the listings say OFF Market. Could someone please let me know exactly what that means? Thanks for any help!

Updates to MLS database
Depending upon how the listing agent updated his or her listing into the MLS database, it would reflect accordingly onto the local real estate websites.
For example: in Minnesota, we can move a listing to TNAS (temporarily not availabable for showing), it can be pending, sold, off market, etc.
Here in MN, in the case of off market, it simply means the home is no longer for sale on the MLS. I hope this helps.Minnesota MLS & Minneapolis MLS Search homes for sale in Minneapolis, St Paul at MN Multiple Listing Service.
