Well, women reign the kitchen in our homes. So, why Chefs on hotels n retaurant are always men?

Either of them cooks well. Different people has different tastes and sometimes, it is not that easy to please regardless of whether the cook or chef is a lady or a dude. When it comes to food, I wouldn't really care on who cooked it, as long as it is good, I'll eat.

The hotel chef is probably lots of elbow grease, so more suitable for male cooks
Of course at home, almost all women in the kitchen more
