iPhone Applications
I am a Computer Science student at San Jose State University who is interested in building some iPhone applications for realtors and wanted to see if there were any applications that aren't currently available that you guys might want.
I am currently considering an application that tracks the finances for real estate agents and exports the data into an excel file that you can e-mail to yourself. Could be a cheaper alternative for those that might not want to spend the money on Quicken. Please tell me what you guys think.

I suggest that you should make an app that would help RE agents in tracking current housing markets or housing values in certain areas/regions.
Also, an app that would help them determine whether they need to refinance or not based on their current situation and market trend would be a good one maybe.
Apps that can also get the latest news or trend in the property market would also be good.Texas Real Estate CE | Texas MCE | New York Real Estate CE
