My friends and I have recently argued about the housing market, as to why despite of low house prices and seemingly low mortgage rates, there seemed to be very few people who are interested in buying houses. Is it the difficulty in getting a loan? The continued scams?. In your opinion, what is the single biggest factor why people are shying away from buying houses?
