    Default Real estate software

Hello people! My name is Peter. I am a programmer and I'm considering and idea of making real estate related software. I know that softwares of that kind already exist and I need your opinion.
    I need to know:

    1) What are the things that real estate software will make easy for you?
    2) How can a computer program help you as a realtor?
    3) If you have already worked with these kind of software then what are your biggest frustrations with them and what do you want to improve?
    4) Would you be willing to invest in these kind of software?

    Peter,

Check out the post made in the section "Real Estate Investment" below. The title and content is shown and may be what you were looking for in relation to the question asked....

    Asset management software
Hi there, I'm a partner in a real estate development/investment company that specializes in flipping houses. We do about 20 deals a month and we need to get organized, especially if we keep growing.

What I am looking for is an asset management software that can help us track a property from the initial offer, purchase, rehab, and eventual sale.

This is what I envision: open up the software (it may be cloud of local installed) and then see a list of all the properties we have in our inventory and pipeline. I click on one of the properties and bam, I see all relevant info (listing agent assigned, purchase date, escrow info, construction contract, etc)

Does this exist? I can't imagine there isn't something out there to fit my company or to help organize managing/selling properties."
    Rory

    Peter,

The real estate market is flooded with people offering "the next best thing". However the trueth is most agents do not need new real estate specific software.

Real estate is a person to person business you cannot sell homes sitting in front of the computer.
