    I don't think there will be a buyer for that horror house. People might be afraid to live on that house.

    I lived near that house some years ago - about 1/2 mile away. It was a beautiful home then on a lovely street. No way to tell from the outside what happened inside. Does anyone know how long it has been on the market?

    It must really be tought to find comps. We have a haunted German Castle here in my town, not sure what that sold for.

    the thing with castles is the upkeep, Nicholas cage bought one in Germany but sold it because he couldn't afford the upkeep
