Thread: house, townhouse, condo which do you prefer

I would choose a house because I have more space. With a house, I can set up a garden at the back yard or in front of the house.

I don't want to predict anything as in the modern world it's very hard to predict anything in general. You never know what can happen to you, to the country where you are living.

I prefer a house with complete amenities and enough space for a family. The environment should be ideal and secure, I prefer a house that will last up to the next generation. What I mean is a house with quality,strength and a design that will never be out of style even if years will pass by. A simple yet classic for an ideal home.

I'd go for a house and lot. It has more space and having your own land is a good investment for its value increases.

A home of course, overall it provides a safer feel. Concerning space, that all depends where you set up shop but a home would be best to raise a family and enjoy life.

I would want to go with a house and lot of course since you will have bigger space and you can do any extension soon if you have the budget. But of course, i will get a house and lot if i have the money for it. If my savings is not enough, i could go with a townhouse. since townhouses are cheaper than single-detached homes.

A house is best because condo's you have to worry about assessments which you have no control over if your condo HOA decides they want to fix or replace certain things. With a house, you do have that control. Also, lenders do not like lending for condo's right now.

Condominium is the best as of now life style. More and more people are now into innovative style of living. They want easier and accessible places for entertainment, pleasure and work. Condominiums usually are near to business districts.

i prefer to choose a house ...you can do anything in it and you have all the spaces and the control in the house ..
