Here in Minnesota, we too work with a number of great real estate investors and do offer free monthly investment property seminars.

Our current real estate climate is creating a great opportunity for investors: interest rates are low, supply of homes for sale on the MLS is still good, and prices are low so things cash flow!!

Thanks for posting such interesting information...Would be some help for whom investing in real estate. Real estate in Florida is priced like it is 1999 again. Great deals are everywhere!

Investing in real estate is the most effective investment this time. but there are a lot of things you must need to consider.. consult an expert before engaged your self on, investing a real estate loan..

I still think that right now is a little early to invest in real estate. This market hasn't bottomed yet and once it does, there won't be a quick recovery.

Any time is right to invest, when you can satisfy three conditions

1- You have your OWN money to invest
2- You can get a good value for money property
3- If you can't sell the property, it will at least not cost you money to hold (taxes/insurance etc)

Rest is just conversation, either by losers who have never bought something in their life, or winners who are trying to sell you something.
