If you have 1 miilion dollar what will you do with it?

I f someone will give you a million dollar and you will only have one day to spend it what will you do with it?

Real estate of course! I would focus on building a portfolio of rental property, both multifamily and SFH.

If I had only 1 day to spend a million dollars..then that would mean I wouldn't have much time to rsearch my investment...so I would pick the safest and most secure real estate investment in America today....Government Secured tax lien certificates

So, since I live in Florida, I would go to as many counties as I needed to to spend the entire $900,000 (I would save $100,000 for a sweet new Corvette) ... this would mean that my $900,000 would be in guaranteed high yielding certificiates that would pay me an annaul rate of return of 18% (because I bought them "over the counter, there would be no competition to lower that the interest rate like at an actual live auction with other bidders)

Then, after 1 year, I wouod have amassed a whopping $162,000 in 1 year...do you know of a better investment than that that you could do in 1 day? ... just do the math if you don't believe.

I would open my own business in Australia and i would a house for my family there. I dream of moving to this country as from my point of view it's one of the best countries in the world.

I'd buy up as many foreclosures here in West Michigan as I could and turn around and sell them. Of course it would take me longer than a day to close on them, so I don't know home technical you want to get

If I have 1 million dollar I would invest the half of it to real-state the other half I will start a small business and I will have a vacation abroad

I'll spend it on a trip to japan. I want to see my japanes idols like YUI and Tomiko Ban. Also I'll buy a guitar for myself. An electric guitar coz I don't have it, just a beat-up acoustic guitar.

I would continue to put up some more business in Australia. I would also invest my money in real estate, buy some properties such as house and land packages or office space. Then I will share or spend the remaining money for my family.

Oh my God!!! If Id be given a chance to have 1 million US dollars I'll hire workers immediately to build me 3 palaces on really expensive real estates in the US!! 1 for my parents, 1 for my sister and one for me..LOL..then I'll donate some to charities id wanna help..and i'll start my own business..one thats lucrative..a hotel or a casino...
