    Default What should pay attention to applying for a mortgage?

    The economic downturn, not enough money available, you might consider a bank or finance company to apply for mortgages.

    But you know, as mortgagor, what is your rights and obligations? Mortgagee (ie the acceptance of collateral that banks or financial companies) Under what circumstances, you can mortgage your real estate auction? Prior to making mortgage loans, you should pay attention to what matters?
