Advantages to Condo Living
Budding professionals and newlyweds who wish to have a family of their own and yet have the contemporary mindset and lifestyle to begin with would always look for the life near the center of the metropolitan. Most condo units are conveniently located in such urban and city areas where everything is definitely and easily accessible. Furthermore, those who wish to be near their workplaces for convenience and practicality could always choose to live in condominiums which are especially constructed for special purposes such as this. Indeed those who want to keep up with the busy and chic city life has more options and choices to take especially

i can't say that a condo is the best place to live in. May for some it's Ok. I lived in the condo for some years and it was hard as nearby there were to many people and i felt that there wasn't enough room for me, although it was big enough.
Now i'm living i a house and i'm really happy!

Hi guys you are talking about to live in a condo but I'm thinking other way around and that is to invest money on that. Is it a good business to get into right now? Your opinions will be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Nick Brian.

I think a condo is good for busy professionals. You can live close to your office and avoid traffic. Plus you don't have as much maintenance to take care of.

Condos here in Minnesota
Here in Minnesota, we have worked with a number of various condo buyers over the years. Though I certainly understand the frustrations others mentioned in the previous posts, I think it is really a matter of personal preference.
Minneapolis has some great downtown lofts and condos for sale on the MLS. And I have friends that live in some that really enjoy them.

Condos are just fancy apartments. They can be loud and offer little privacy. However, some people love that about condos. It is an easy way to build a community. I believe it is all personal preference.

Go Condo Go!!
I agree! Condo is a great place to live in especially if you have it in Miami Beach. You can have a great view, you can see the sun set, sun rise and of course the beach itself.

Re:Advantages to Condo Living
It all depends upon one's personality. Maybe the one who prefer living in condo are sociable and urbane person who wants the world to be always moving. However, there are some people who prefer peaceful home that are easily bugged down by the noise of the surrounding. That's why living in condo is not always an advantage for all.
