    I agree with everything. Communication is the most important thing when you work with clients. Of course quality is really important, but i know lots of cases when becuse of his or her eloquency the realtor sold really nasty variants to people. I think a realtor needs some special qualification or some training how to communicate effeciently.

    Yes I agree with you. I personally rehearsal imagining some situation and try to handle them. I always find something bad in me and try to correct that. So in reality I normally don'd do any mistake.

    I can't believe how many of my friends can't communicate effectively, even in just emails!

    It is extremely important. The top communicators tend to rise to top because they are the ones that can actually sell their vision to those around them.

    I totally agree with you. Communication is the number one tool to close the deal with the clients. Though, quality is important, clients will not realize its value without an impressive and interesting presentation. Good communication skill is like hypnotism that could make anything possible.

    In every day life communication is really important.Good communication skills is really the key to success. Realtor or brokers must know how to communicate well with the clients so they will be able to close deals easily.

    Yes,Certainly there must be a good communication skills with speaking power and have a good and confident personality with eye-contacts and a guts to sale that how you take a strategy and convincing attitude as well. You must be confident enough and be optimistic that you can get the deal and you will get succeed in a long run....
