it's a pity but i don't think it'll happen in twelve months. No soon then 2 years or more as the fall was too hard.

No, I do not think the real estate market will recover anytime soon. If you look at a 100 year chart of real estate price appreciation it goes up on a very slow incline. Then once the chart hits 1997 or so it starts a very aggressive turn upwards way off the trend line.
This "correction" puts us only 1/3 back to the trend line. I don't think we will see more losses but the real estate prices will go flat while the time line at the bottom catches up to the long term trend line, about 10 years.
