    Default Niche markets and have they worked for you?

    I am interested in hearing about niche markets that real estate agent members of the forum are in.

    examples:
    Multifamily rentals!
    Water front!
    1Mil plus!
    Down town Albuquerque!

    Please let me know the success and failures of your niche.
