Haven't played, but it sounds like a good idea! The kids want to play WOW or Runescape, etc, but I'd so much rather have a good "real life" simulator that will help them when they grow up know how the market works.

I wonder if the game is accurate in that if you move in a bad tenant, you lose your shirt? =)

Haven't played it. This is the first time I've heard about this game. Is it a simulation on real estate investing?

It might have some insights and real estate players on how to play it right in the real world.

I never heard of it until now. But it sounds fun and interesting. I guess passion and skills in real estate world could be heightened.

have you ever played SIM CITY??I guess that was the coolest game if you want to pretend to be a mayor.Also try The sims.You can customize anything that you want for your house.Try playing the latest version so you can have tons of items to choose from.
