    Default Sales Training Materials

I noticed someone was selling Tom Hopkins and Brian Buffini materials in the "Barter and Trade" forum tonight.

Do you think the typical real estate agent seeks out these and/or other sales training materials?

I think that people who are starting out are always looking for the program that they can grab hold of and follow to success. Then if they are not successful, they have an excuse.

Remember, of the million realtors nationwide, over 50% of the them won't be in the profession in five years. These are the people who I beleive want these types of sales programs. They are not necessarily looking to succeed in real estate, they are really just looking to succeed in general.

Some good points. What about the other 50%? Where do you think they get their training?

    Default Real Estate Training

I think that those who don't find training outside of their real estate office get training inside the office. For Example, Keller Williams works on a team basis and you join a team when you join their company.

Of course, that doesn't cover all real estate agents, but in general, good real estate agents are always trying to learn and go to seminars regularly to increase their knowledge base.

    Just my two cents.

Predicting what the world of business needs in this turbulent economy is difficult. Today’s business environment is tough, demanding and constantly changing. It is creating new rules by which sales professionals must play in order to meet company expectations, and achieve their personal goals. There are many companies that address both the sales professional and the organizational needs with modern skill.

    Default Sales Training

My first broker used a system by Mike fairy. It was a pretty good system but a very aggressive sales technique. I found some good and some bad. I think some sales traing programs are good but some are just money traps to go to these retreats or buy endless training material.

    Hi,

In today's competitive based business world, businesses need to have an edge over their competition in order to secure new customers as well as keep current customers satisfied.

One way to do this is through sales training. It is important for your sales force to understand that they are the key to the success of your business. Finding new prospects on a daily basis can be difficult, however, with sales training, they are taught the most important aspects of sales from beginning to end.

A program of ongoing Sales Training is one of the best ways to improve your sales process and sales effectiveness. By performing Sales Training on a regularly scheduled basis you can ensure the knowledge of your team is always improving. This program for training allows for the continual introduction of new sales methods and lets you shift focus periodically to specific areas that need improvement. An integral component of this training program is the ability to monitor your progress and how it is affecting your sales.
