Because of the crisis we encounter, hard money loans will be famous, money lenders would be very happy, but the people who borrowed will suffer...

I'm really trying to borrow money (and make some money lander happier) however the Bulgarian banks are not giving loans for buying appartments, so no luck for me in that.
