How are You in this economic opportunity?

I believe this is the time to create wealth. There is opportunity everywhere. Where on door closes another opens. I am american and I believe in my land. I know we can do it! Never give up everyone!

I don't even watch the news. I am twenty six and have created my own path. I don't want someone else in control of my future.

I am looking forward to hearing from other people!

Maybe I am going to be little insensitive, and harsh, but they are responsible for their situation. And yes if they fight and try hard even they could make something, not just today, but every day. But instead they are used bitching and winding, how hard it is, like there is no other people in the world and like no one else has no problems. I don't intent do defend wealthy ones, but clearly they would not be wealthy without a reason, money does not grow on the trees.

Who manages good for him, who does not more luck next time.

Life is what you make of it. If I have to knock on doors and sell myself to make ends meet then so be it. But fortunately I only knock on doors when I see a deal

I found another 6 plex and waiting to talk to the owner in order to buy. I believe he will do owner financing also. This is pretty exciting. I am far from rich but i do make things come together no matter what the situation is.
