    Properties will continue to lose value (in general) due to continued foreclosure problems, unemployment, and general poor economic conditions

    I think we can hoope of some recovery in the market but we would need to wait for atleast 2 years to again see the high point f the market..

    2009 seems to be in a very strong downtrend without any retrace possibility.
