    Default Cash flow in today's investment properties

    Thanks for your post. Will have to check your website out.

    This real estate market here in Minnesota surely is creating some unique buying opportunities! Though there are less homes for sale on the MLS compared to last year, there are still alot.

    And buyer are finding a strong rental market so properties cash flow once again!
