realestatedir.org is currently open for submission.

- Only websites in the real estate niche will be accepted
- You must submit to the correct category, if you submit to a wrong category and we have to move it for you then you will have no right to ask for a refund if you don't accept the category.
- Only correct website titles will be accepted, no keyword stuffing allowed
- If you cant find a correct category for your website, then send me a msg here or submit the website to (real estate resources) and include a category request in the description and I will look into it.

Currently all websites listed on the site are nofollow as they were submitted for free (free submissions are closed for now); new submissions will be getting a DOFOLLOW link.

Submission fees are $1.99 for a lifetime regular link and $19.99 for a featured lifetime link (keyword titles allowed on featured link submissions)
If your website is listed here and you would like to turn it dofollow then send me a messege here and I will take care of everything.

Realestatedir.org is kept premium by submitting articles frequently to both ezinearticles and associatedcontent, we also submitted a couple of articles to the directory to keep it as unique as possible
We already have more than 2500 links from quality real estate websites and our link count is increasing every minute

So is your directory free or does it cost 1.99 . i see in your sig that it is free, but in your post you mentioned 1.99, so I am a little confused.

No thanks it costs 20 - 30 $ and your page rank is only 1. Not worth it in my opinion.

I think it is too expensive for what I will get out of it.

The domain is over six years old and only PR1?

Majority of your subpages are not even indexed by Google. Complete waste of time. If Google doesn't trust you, why should we?

Because I have submitted two sites in your directory in last month and none of them got approval yet

I also agree with a few posts up, if are going to charge for the link your site should at least have a page rank of 3.
