    Oops now the domain is not on web; what to the domain actually? I wonder even though the domain is 6 years old the PR1!

    Since your website has no page rank and alexa rank is also not good....y don't you enable free listing and once you get popular than you can demand money for the listing.

    On the one hand, the fact that it is specifically "real estate related" content is something that you do have going for you. On the other hand, a PR1 won't even be taken into account by Google. I've heard that now a site needs to be PR4 before Google will give any weight to it. I don't know how that is possible, considering that I know of some great PR3 sites, but some SEO guru told me that... Nonetheless, I wouldn't pay a dime unless the site was at least a PR5 AND has real estate content only.
