    Default sitemap

Hi, I think if you submit a sitemap to yahoo explorer you will get all your pages index pretty quick. The $300 seems to give you only one link and not all your pages. First thing I do when I want to get a site indexed is to submit sitemaps with yahoo and google.

You can get one generated for free on xml-sitemaps dot com

    Hope it helps.

I would pay the money to Yahoo and submit your site maps as well.
Yahoo and BOTW are the two that are worth paying for in my opinion. The Yahoo directory builds good backlinks to your site.

Default You have to look at the page ranking

Remember that the page your site will show has to have high ranking.
I wouldn't pay $300 to be listed in a Yahoo page that has low or no ranking...importan.

    Default Loan Modification

I'm considering buying the $300 directory listing, it's a great link and is $25 per month or the same rate you're going to pay for 2 links on text-link-ads.

I want to expand my loan modification business, and help more people applying for a loan modification.

Whether it's worth it depends on your budget. If the fee is a small percentage of your overall budget, then go for it. If you don't have much money, then I would say not to bother...one link from Yahoo alone is not going to make much progress if you're trying to rank for competitive terms.

It's a directory link which has been paid for ... Google would value a well ranking natural looking link any day.

True, but I think most would understand that a Yahoo Directory link is only valuable for Yahoo searches. I found that after my link had been active for a few days in the directory, miraculously my site which was ranking 3-4 for a keyword, is now 1. Keep in mind that this same site ranks #1 for hundreds of searches on Google already.
