DMOZ Real Estate submission guidelines
Came across this page that explains the guidelines a DMOZ editor looks at when considering your real estate site for submission to DMOZ. It appears that real estate sites come under closer scrutiny (probably rightfully so) and if you follow these guidelines you'll hopefully stand a better chance of having your site approved. Hope it helps.

That is a good read and a valuable resource to new webmasters (and seasoned alike).

No problem Matt, although I just noticed Mike had already posted the same info in an earlier thread. Oh well, can't hurt having it posted again

This is an old thread, but I finally found my way to it. Thanks HMiller. Question: I've seen agents creating different sites for every territory they work in with different contents particular to that city only. Does that pass DMOZ's rule?

DMOZ is not perfect. But, you are basing your critisicm of DMOZ based on your misunderstanding that DMOZ is a listing service for webmaster
