RealEstateMedia.ca is a real estate directory. It's not free, but it cost very little.
It also runs ads on Google, so you may get some traffic to your site from that.

For a paid service i would recommend rightmove.co.uk, it is expensive but it works. For a free service i would recommend themovechannel.co.uk - they work trough a comission fee (after sale) or with pay per lead, we have made most of our deals trough these two sites
