If you are a dmoz editor, come join our forum and help shine some light on the decision making processes you guys go through.
It can make you guys' work easier and more pleasant.
A lot of webmasters are confused about DMOZ.
What happens is a lot of back-talk about the Open Directory.
I believe it can all be prevented by Open Communication
