Directory Needs Quality Sites For Members
I created a new directory at my real estate portal and I am looking to fill it up with quality sites.
It is free to submit and I have deactivated the reciprocal link so it is truly 1way link for you.
Thank you for the help!

you might want to check into the usage of the word Realtor in your website
You very well may find that you run into some issues.
Just a hint... check with NAR (National Association of Realtors)Thesa Chambers

I am not to sure what you are hinting at? I am a licensed Realtor and have every right to use the title.
Please clarify what the issue may be
.
Thanks,

That is correct. It is against NAR regulations to use the copyrighted term "Realtor" in a URL.
I know that makes things difficult, but a lot of agents have been affected by this rule.Patrick Mc

This is true, you cannot use REALTOR in your domain name. You are a member of the National Association of Realtors, but you don't have the right use the trademark in your domain name. Many real estate agents don't know that they cannot use Realtor in their domain name.

I can vouch for this...I had to give up an old domain because of this issue!

I like your site!!! But I would get your domain changed as soon as possible before your site gets anymore popular and then you have to make a change because the National Association of Realtors sends you a demand letter to take down your site for use of their trademark without their permission.
Clean site! Are you based out of Las Vegas?

Thank you all for the heads up regarding the url. I bought the script and the url from a media company and I am now negotiating a new url from them. It is a bummer because I am currently getting about 65 uniques a day from site referrals following the classifiedsrealtor link.
Oh well, better to fix it now before I spend anymore effort in marketing.
