Four types of Directory are Mazer, theme, regional and general directory.

well the 2 previous posts are kind of weird maybe i dont know what exactly your asking but if your looking to post free listings on a site you can try zillow.com or trulia.com or if your leasing commercial or residential property they you can post on leasedup.com

It isn't a very clear question, but I would suggest that you could categorize them firstly as free or paid, secondly as niche or general.
