I use a social media service that with one post, will post out to other social media sites... Well... I did this about 50 times in one day (400 total links)...

Sure enough I was hit with spam. My primary keyword went down from 4th position to 10th position, my secondary keywords went from 1st to 3rd... All my rankings it seems got knocked back about 15% in the SERPS. Ironically, my keywords that went down the most are also the anchor text I used to spam the most...

So my question is... How long does it take for me to go back to pre-spam levels? I'm still continuing my normal SEO plan. I also went back and deleted my tweets that were spamming. Any ideas?
