Where do you currently put your links? Are you guys posting to directories or? Starting to build backlinks for our site but other than forums we need fresh places that are quality.

One of my main sources is other real estate websites, i.e. see where they are linking and see if I can get some of their good links. I don't mean just the local competition, I mean high ranking real estate sites anywhere.

I've have read few a few posts on this page and am not sure if I agree with everything said. Yes it's OK to to say you can create 100 back links in a day but the practicality of doing this and getting useful back links that work is not so definate.

It is strange reading in different posts how it is ok to add this many links in this period of time, or how it is not ok to add that many links in that period of time. Where do these figures come from?? There is no evidence that Google takes action against a site for having lots of links quickly.
